Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps receiving weird phone calls and being followed by a mysterious man. One night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to get him to talk but in the ensuing struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs away, but he understands his troubles have just begun when the following day he receives an envelope with photos of him killing the man. Someone is killing all his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...。该剧根据同名漫画《liar》改编，是由男女视角交替展开的爱情故事。刚进入社会的成田美纱绪（见上爱饰）在一家商社工作，因某个契机开始被讨厌的上司市川一哉（佐藤大树饰）所吸引，从而两人产生了进一步接触。但是，在知道市川已经有一个以结婚为前提交往的女性后，成田美纱绪陷入了混乱。。
